Here is our new addition to the club- Vernie, the robot. Vernie is a humanoid robot who resembles Johnny No. 5 and Wall-E. I worked with my 7 year old on this for a few hours but he passionately continued to build this sweet bot on his own until completion.
Legoboost provides a fun build that is also a connected, programmable robot that pairs with a tablet, has motors and proximity sensors. You can cast Vernie as a cowboy or police robot. You can instruct him to move around and then fire a small dart. You can also program him fart infinitely, if you wish.
